Coaching Plans

I offer several coaching plans because many of you are interested in continuing what we have begun. Each one has a unique focus and goals mixed with my unique strategies and skills. Mind-body-spirit connections for lasting effects in your life. Coaching plans are a gift you give to yourself to get unstuck, deepen and discover your Self, and embody your possibilities as goals. We grow the connections between your mind, body, spirit as companions to each other so you are making choices from your core truth.

• Returning Client Session: when we have already met and there is an area we identified to focus on together

• 3 Sessions: A tidy amount of time for redirection and accountability when adding new mind, body, spirit understandings in life. Define your truth in this moment, gain self-trust and strategies for self-awareness, have transition support during inner and outer changes.

• Transformational Coaching: when we are in the midst of change: inner and outer. Specific techniques to meet you where you are and go deeper, connecting

• Inner Coaching: to address patterns and wounds with curiosity and kindness deepen understanding, grow skills

• Animal Companion Grief Care: loss, grief, guilt or comforting another - a loved one, another animal companion

• Relationship Coaching: Set a new foundation whether coming together or splitting apart, patterns, communication, strategies, understanding for moving forward. *non-conventional relationships welcome
