Spiritual Counseling includes intuitive insights as well as educated guidance as we navigate a specific time in your life. It could be an area that feels stuck, challenged, full of indecision, burnout, or grief. It could be relationship challenges like estrangement or disconnects.

It could be managing one of those surprises life tosses up at us from time to time. 

Spiritual Coaching is similar and also more focused on one or 2 specific goals for understanding, shifting, moving toward your soulful design and creating action steps from your values. When are ruminating, stuck in feeling like you are too much or not enough, try this. I have some specific techniques and helpful methods.

I have no religious agenda or affiliation in these meetings. We focus on you, your core language and beliefs to heal, discover, shift in an important time in your life.

Together, we create the space for you to focus on the heart of whatever it is that is needing your attention and then create a path to relief, understanding, or your goals.
